This programme is called THE HEALTHY STEP, a place to find direction or solutions for your challenges today. It is not about being right or wrong, you may need to do something that you don’t want to do, but there’s a process to change how you think.  By clearing unhelpful thoughts it allows us all to keep a healthier mind, which translates to a healthier body.
